When you order from Ketta, we provide you with complete tracking, so you can trace your order at any point.
You will need your 'Order Number' to use the tracking facilty, this is a 6 character number.

If you choose the 'First Class' postage option you will not be able to track your parcel.
Please contact us if you do not receive your parcel within 4 days.
