What is your returns procedure?
If you are not satisfied with the products that you have received, you can return them to us for a full refund.
We are unable to exchange the products
You can return products if they are used or not.
We are not able to refund your delivery cost for these returns.
The amount refunded will be to the same account that was used to make the purchase.
We will confirm by email when the refund has been sent.
How do reward points work?
For every £1 GBP spent you will be given 1 point. This is valid for all purchases from the 21/06/2005.
You will be shown how many points an order will earn on the final checkout page before you purchase.
Points can be spent against specific products on our website. If a product can be bought with points it will not show a price, but a number of points instead.
You can verify how many points you have at any time by logging into your account at ketta.com and your points will be displayed on the top line of your account screen.
Can the invoice be in my company name?
Your invoice will show the following address detail:
'Sold to:' (Primary address)
'Ship to:' (Shipping Address)
You can manage these address details here.
Once the order has been placed, you cannot alter the address information for that order.
Where can I get firmware for my DVD Writer?
Using the latest firmware version can improve compatibility.
If you have not received a reply, we suggest checking that your email client is not rejecting our emails. (This is common with web based accounts)
Alternativly, try emailing from a different account.
Please understand if your email client is rejecting our emails, it is difficult for us to contact you unless you have a telephone number available.

Can I ship to a different address?
Yes.

You may on ocassion receive emails outside these hours, particularly updates on your order status, as these continue to be packed outside the above times.
